Function:
BCZH-15 on-site mixed heavy ammonium frying drug cart integrates the transportation, mixing and filling of raw materials. It can mix pure emulsion explosives, various proportions of heavy ammonium explosives and ammonium explosives on site, suitable for open pit mines. Water-containing blasthole and dry-hole charge, this kind of car is a multi-purpose car with good silo configuration performance. It can mix 15t of emulsion explosive or 15t of ammonium fry or 15t of heavy ammonium fry, and advanced computer operation. The system can accurately fill two different formulations of explosives in the same blasthole, and has a safety guarantee system for over-temperature, over-pressure, and material-breaking alarm shutdown, which is safe and reliable.
Description:
• Before charging, at ground station, relevant materials should be added into corresponding container in the truck.
• When loading truck comes to job site, start PTO, stretch charging tube into bottom of the hole, input explosive load on counter and press start button. Then, each preparation and mixing unit begins to work. Slowly raise charging tube. Explosive is charged below water, and water is discharged from hole. After charging, move to the next hole, repeat the above procedure, and charge the next hole.
• Charging effectiveness 200-280kg/min.
• Currently, there are 5 specifications, 8T, 12T, 15T, 20T, 25T.
• Measurement error ≤ ± 2%
Emulsified explosive truck with on-site mixing loading of NCHR line can mix pure emulsion explosives and series emulsion explosive with 30% of dry mix at most on-site. The preparation of aqueous phase, oil phase and sensitizer is operated on ground station, while latex matrix emulsion can be completed on the ground, or in truck. Dry material mixture and sensitization is conducted in truck.
