howo 6x4 asphalt slurry seal truck is also known as a micro-surfacing paving truck, is a road maintenance truck. It is mainly used for new asphalt pavement’s functional layer construction (up-sealing layer and sub-seal coat), and all grades old asphalt pavement’s maintenance construction (slurry seal, micrometer) and wheel ruts repair. By pouring durable asphalt mixture (asphalt + water + aggregate + padding + additives) to pavement, can provide a thin layer mask to road surface, effectively close road, separate surface cracks from water and air, prevent pavement aging. After repairing with slurry, road is smooth and easy to drive.
Product Notes:
1. Paving width is 2.4-4.3 m, paving thickness is 5-15mm,paving width and thickness can be adjusted easily.
2. Independent high-power engine, providing strong motivation, better suited to micro-surfacing construction.
3. Use hydraulic power to control mixer angle, can meet different slope construction.
4. All systems of aggregate, padding, water, asphalt and additives are equipped with monitoring and measuring elements.
5. spreader mechanism: front and back, left and right is complete symmetry, double head, retractable, large diameter ,four helix, ensure the quality of spreading.
6. During the paving process, the spiral direction and speed can be adjusted, to realize non-dead Angle, no segregation paving and the second stirring.
