The HOWO 340 heavy-duty truck is a new type of environmentally friendly slag-soil vehicle equipped with a D10 engine, meeting the Fourth National Emission Standard. The engine horsepower ranges from 280 to 420 PS and is paired with the independently developed HW 10 gearbox by Sinotruk. The vehicle features a 16-ton drive axle with multiple gear ratios (6.5, 5.45, and 4.77). All major components are independently developed by Sinotruk and are widely supported by service outlets, ensuring quick repairs in case of breakdowns.
The HOWO new dregs truck has been redesigned based on user feedback to address practical usage issues. It features an improved rear panel height and thickness, faster unloading speed, and no material residue. The "U" shaped bucket design effectively reduces clogging and improves unloading efficiency. The vehicle is equipped with an electronically controlled canvas environmental cover. If the cover is not properly closed, the vehicle cannot operate normally, eliminating secondary pollution issues such as spillage.
The vehicle is equipped with Sinotruk's self-developed dual-mode and dual-standard monitoring equipment, engine electronic control unit, and sound monitoring. By integrating a BeiDou terminal, the vehicle connects to the management department's BeiDou system, allowing one-to-one correspondence between drivers and vehicles. The dregs management department can set designated routes and dumping sites through the BeiDou system.
The intelligent information management platform provides full-process monitoring and remote control of vehicles, with anti-cheating functions. It prevents overloading and speeding. If the vehicle deviates from the designated route, the command platform can remotely control the vehicle, implementing traffic restrictions, speed limits, lockdowns, and voice alerts. This ensures unified management of transport vehicles and meets strict government requirements.
